Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proficiency in English is required. Additional European languages are a plus. Relevant accounting experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of accounting principles. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent) and financial reporting tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, v-lookups). Ability to handle large data sets, perform reconciliations, and ensure data integrity. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail. Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams. Works effectively with colleagues across regions and functions. Takes ownership of tasks and meets deadlines. Comfortable working in a dynamic multinational environment. Strong focus on accuracy, coontrols, and compliance. Proactive in identifying issues and proposing improvements.
