GM Post-trade Equity Solutions IT Business Analyst Front Office

• Bachelor's degree • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT business analysis within the finance industry. • Functional understanding of Equity Derivatives and Securities Lending activities and products from trading/pnl and risk prespective. • In-depth knowledge and experience with Equity trading systems systems (Sophis or equivalent like Murex, Calypso), including PnL and risk management. • Familiarity with trading systems such as Smart Loan, Loanet, and Broker Dealer systems (e.g., Phase 3/Shadow Suite). • Proficiency in SQL. • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail, coupled with the ability to propose effective solutions to complex problems. • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with Agile practices and methodologies.
