Responsible for supporting day-to-day HR processes, ensuring accurate employee data management, and delivering efficient HR services across multiple functions. This role partners with internal teams to maintain compliance, streamline HR processes, and provide advanced transactional support, while identifying opportunities for process improvements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administer and maintain employee records and HR systems with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Coordinate and process HR transactions including onboarding, data changes, and terminations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with benefits administration, leave management, and employee inquiries.
  • Generate and analyze standard HR reports to ensure data integrity and support decision-making.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend enhancements for HR operational workflows.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and other teams to resolve escalated employee issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and adhere to data protection standards.
  • Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives impacting HR operations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, employee services, or a related HR function.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and reporting tools.
  • Exposure to payroll processes and benefits administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent applications.

CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES / REGISTRATIONS 

  • Professional HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred but not required. 

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS 

  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in HR systems administration and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical skills for identifying process improvements and resolving issues.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and employment regulations.
