General Manager

Just a short drive from the beaches, Cape Royal features 27 holes of championship golf in Southwest Florida spread across a course design that is too good to miss! Our unique, Gordon Lewis-designed layout features FIVE sets of tees in order to challenge players of all skill levels.

The General Manager reports directly to the VP of Operations and the Board of Directors for the Community Association.  The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the operations of the golf club, monitoring and adjusting financial performance, providing guidance to the board on governance matters and leading the management team(s) to deliver a superior guest experience.
