Plans and prioritises laboratory analysis for the QC team, setting work schedules for yourself and your team. Supporting the QC Team Manager ensuring the team operate in a safe, effective and efficient manner, in accordance with cGMP and in line with business requirements.   Supporting the QC Team Manager in personnel management and managing laboratory resource requirements within one of the five QC teams (as shown below).
