Manager of Continuation Engineering

The Manager of Continuation Engineering leads all engineering activities required to support, sustain, and improve released products throughout their lifecycle, including legacy products still being serviced in the field. This role ensures technical continuity, product performance, regulatory compliance, cost optimization, and long-term product viability.

This leader partners cross-functionally with Design Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, Field Service, and Product Management to manage engineering changes, mitigate obsolescence, improve serviceability, and enhance overall product performance and customer experience

Another area of focus of this role is enabling Field Service through engineering-driven improvements to tools, equipment, and product enhancements that increase technician efficiency and elevate the customer experience.
