Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software suites (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Familiarity with basic bookkeeping or financial record-keeping is a plus.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Assist with client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Ensure the office environment is welcoming and well-maintained for clients and staff.
