Sales and Service Associate

Position is to provide sales and service support functions in the agency to increase growth and customer satisfaction and retention. The essential functions of this job will include both written and verbal communications with customers, inbound and outbound phone calls, processing requests and supporting in sales and marketing tasks. This position is designed to introduce a new employee to the basic functions within an insurance agency and prepare them for a sales role as an Associate Agent in the agency. 

This position is part time and can lead to full time.
