Food & Beverage Lead

We’re looking for an energetic, friendly, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food & Beverage Lead! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, leading by example, and delivering an excellent guest experience.

Compensation

• Base Pay: $16.60
   
• Total Expected Compensation: $20–$27 per hour (including tips)

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food and beverage operations
   
• Support and train team members to ensure great service
   
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards
   
• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
   
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and product presentation
   

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or a related field preferred
   
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
   
• Strong customer service mindset and positive attitude
   
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting
   

Certifications

• Food Handlers or Food Manager Certificate – a plus (training can be provided if not current)
   
• Illinois BASSET Certificate – a plus (training can be provided if not current)
