Job Description
Purpose
Drive revenue growth by converting inbound inquiries and generating outbound sales, while delivering a high-quality customer experience and accurately translating customer needs into scheduled services.
Key Contributions
- Execute inbound and outbound sales activities to grow the customer base and increase revenue.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with customers through effective communication and service education.
- Accurately document customer needs, pricing, and service details to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Partner with operations and scheduling teams to ensure alignment between sales commitments and service execution.
- Support business growth through cross-selling services and maintaining high responsiveness to customer inquiries.

- Achieve conversion rates aligned to sales targets (inbound and outbound).
- Maintain = 98% accuracy in customer data entry, scheduling, and sales documentation.
- Meet response time SLAs (e.g., inbound calls answered promptly, follow-ups completed within 24 hours).
- Achieve customer satisfaction benchmarks (= 90% positive feedback or equivalent).
- Maintain consistent productivity (e.g., call volume, sales closed, revenue generated per week/month)
