Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and accomplished Senior Endpoint Support Analyst with proven expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Apple Management (JAMF), Ansible Tower, and Cisco network environments, as well as PC hardware. The selected candidate will become an integral member of a high-performing, cross-functional team with minimal supervision dedicated to supporting over 3,000 client computers, printers, and mobile devices across 19 offices in six countries. The ideal professional for this position will demonstrate approachability, accessibility, and a sincere commitment to empowering end-users to maximize their technology experience.
