Job Description
- Lead the development and ownership of the Compliance, Security and Risk Management (CSRM)-EHS program for area construction oversight and data collection.
- Ensure that contractors deliver on program safety performance expectations and agreement requirements providing timely solutions to issues.
- Monitor, advise and assist the construction project teams to protect people, environment and ensure compliance.
- Drive the culture that embraces a continuous learning approach and aligns with organizational strategies including goals and objectives.
- Liaise with the wider Construction and Data Center Operations (DCOps) EHS teams to ensure best practices are fully and completely implemented, progress reported, trends and data captured, analyzed and risks mitigated to an acceptable level, ensuring that the operational capacity of a live data center is not compromised.
