Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning and sanitation of resident rooms, common areas, hallways, and staff facilities
- Ensure all surfaces, floors, and furniture are cleaned and disinfected according to health and safety standards
- Dispose of waste properly and maintain cleanliness of trash receptacles
- Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance or repair needs
- Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures at all times
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed to support facility operations
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in housekeeping, custodial, or cleaning roles preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, and proper usage
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Good communication skills and a respectful attitude towards residents and staff
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods as required
