
Sales Administrative Manager
Job Description
The Sales Administration Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and oversight of the Sales Support team, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant execution of sales administration processes including sales warranty coordination, invoicing, programs/incentives documentation, and SMM/title processing. This role partners closely with Sales, Rental, Accounting, and other support teams to maintain smooth deal flow, minimize rework, and support an excellent customer experience—aligned with operating standards and manufacturer requirements.
