Position Overview and Objective
 

As the IT Enterprise Application Administrator, you will provide support and expertise in the design, implementation, administration, and support of Microsoft 365 core applications (SharePoint, OneDrive, Email, Purview and Power Platforms), Atlassian (Jira and Confluence), and enterprise AI platforms. You will support existing and future systems while enabling secure, scalable integration across global business environments.
 

This role focuses on Microsoft 365 core applications administration and design, Microsoft 365 cloud services, and SaaS application integration through APIs and automation. You will work with internal and external teams to implement AI-powered solutions, streamline business processes, and improve employee productivity.

Leveraging your expertise in cloud architecture, enterprise collaboration platforms, AI technologies, and SaaS integrations, you will ensure solutions align with security, compliance, and governance requirements while supporting the organization's digital transformation initiatives.



Responsibilities
 

As a IT Enterprise Application Administrator at ARCTIC WOLF, you will:
 

  • Provide support for enterprise applications, including Microsoft 365 apps, Atlassian (Jira and Confluence), and AI platforms.
  • Design, implement, administer, maintain, and support enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms.
  • Support existing enterprise systems while planning and implementing future technology solutions.
  • Design and maintain secure, scalable integrations between SaaS applications using APIs, automation, and workflow technologies.
  • Implement and support AI-powered tools and solutions to improve business operations and employee productivity.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate business processes through cloud technologies and AI capabilities.
  • Ensure enterprise platforms and integrations meet security, compliance, governance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and provide ongoing support for enterprise applications and integrations.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements that support digital transformation initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain best practices for cloud services, collaboration platforms, AI adoption, and application governance.
  • Participate in on-call rotation.
  • Any other responsibilities assigned by your manager.
  • Ability to travel within US and Internationally.

     

Experience and Requirements:

We’re looking for someone with experience in:
 

  • Associate degree preferred or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field or 2-5 years of experience working in Office 365 and/or cloud related systems.
  • Strong experience with M365 core platform Administration and site design; architecture experience would be nice to have.
  • Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python or Bash)

Preferred Qualifications
 

  • Experience working with Enterprise AI Platforms.
  • Strong experience with SaaS Application Integration (APIs & Automation).
  • Experience working with Atlassian cloud stack including JIRA and Confluence administration. Understanding of Jira/Confluence add-ons and integration workflows.
  • Strong experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python or Bash).
  • Strong experience working with M365 core collaboration stack of applications
  • Experience working with agile methodology.
  • Experience working with ServiceNow.

Environment and Physical Demands
 

  • Work is primarily sedentary in nature and can be executed sitting or standing in positions in an office environment.
  • Requires ability to utilize technology related to using a keyboard, verbal communication, and work with device screens which require visual acuity.
  • If located in a company office, often requires the mobility to physically navigate the space.
  • In the event of business travel, mobility sufficient to utilize public and private transport and navigate to essential locations.
  • May include moving or lifting of 25 pounds or less (e.g., office chair, reams of paper).
