Rough Sleeper Accommodation Programme (RSAP) Worker

This is a maternity cover post until April 2027. The Rough Sleeper Service works to prevent people from sleeping rough and to help them sustain their accommodation. Where someone does end up sleeping rough, the service intervenes to try and ensure that this episode is rare, brief and non- recurring. Based within a Rough Sleeping Accommodation Programme (RSAP) Team, as part of the wider Rough Sleeping Service, the post holder will work with people as they move on from rough sleeping into accommodation with support through to independence.
