Senior Encompass Trainer - Client Education Services

Job Purpose The Client Education Services, Senior Trainer, delivers product training to ICE Mortgage Technology clients, partners, and employees. The Senior Trainer is responsible for training the Encompass administrator courses and staying current on all the new Encompass administration features. Additionally, the Senior Trainer will have to learn new administration software within the ICE platform and then create and deliver the software training while achieving high levels of participant satisfaction.
