LPN - Pain Management - Stamford Sign on Bonus

Stamford Health is seeking an LPN for our Pain Management practice in Stamford! The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) coordinates patient care following all established standards of practice within the State and Federal guidelines. Provides staff mentorship. Serves as a resource to both staff and management in problem identification and resolution. The LPN will be required to work in the Greenwich office on a rotating basis.
