Job Description
This role serves as the site Information Technology Manager at the Gosport site, accountable for site IT operational support, people management, and business partnership, while also enabling ERP and business transformation initiatives aligned to enterprise strategy. The role manages a team of site IT support specialists and acts as the primary IT point of contact for the UK General Manager and site senior management team. The role works closely with central infrastructure teams and the ERP Product Management organization to ensure operational stability, effective incident response, and successful execution of business-driven transformation priorities. This role also plays a critical role in representing site business priorities, coordinating execution, and enabling adoption in partnership with ERP product teams.
