Mobile Dental Support Assistant

The Mobile Dental Support Assistant is responsible as comprehensive office support of the Smiles Are Everywhere Mobile Dental Program by performing various assigned duties such as checking insurance eligibility, updating patient registrations, scanning, scheduling school-based presentations and patient appointments, preparing school-based consent materials and giveaways, maintaining filing systems, preparing documents and reports, and ordering supplies. Assists with clerical duties within the dental bus as needed. Communicates and collaborates with school administration. Maintains an organized work environment and workflow. Participates in activities related to Quality Improvement.
