Job Description

Responsibilities: Support the execution of annual financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and sales target setting for assigned sales channels, adhering to approved frameworks and deadlines Prepare regular sales and financial performance reports, including variance analyses of monthly and quarterly budgets and forecasts; assist in creating presentation materials for management review Conduct detailed sales data analysis using business intelligence and reporting tools to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement; provide analytical support for business decision-making Monitor sales channel performance and assist in conducting sales effectiveness and productivity reviews, including data compilation, analysis, and formulation of improvement recommendations Support sales commission schemes through data preparation, reconciliation, effectiveness analysis, and routine internal inquiries Collaborate with Sales teams and internal stakeholders to review operational efficiency, support process improvement initiatives, and ensure appropriate controls are in place Manage internal documents, records, and routine inquiries related to key control functions, regulatory compliance, and internal policies Assist in implementing sales-related controls by ensuring reports, processes, and documentation comply with regulatory requirements, internal standards, and governance guidelines Provide administrative and analytical support during internal reviews, audits, and compliance checks, including the preparation and consolidation of relevant information and documentation Maintain, update, and communicate control procedures, operational guidelines, and related documentation to ensure ongoing compliance and consistency Qualifications: Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines 5 years of relevant experience in sales operations, business performance analysis, financial analysis, or related functions; experience in the financial industry is an advantage Proven experience collaborating with Business Development teams or business stakeholders to support reporting, analysis, and operational activities Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese Proficient in PC applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and familiar with SQL and Microsoft Access for data handling and reporting Knowledge of Python and/or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage but not mandatory Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Sales Support Analysts About AXA Hong Kong and Macau AXA Hong Kong and Macau is a member of the AXA Group, a leading global insurer with presence in 52 markets and serving 92 million customers worldwide
