Ability Rehabilitation is currently seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our team at our downtown Orlando location. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician with experience in upper extremity rehabilitation, including custom splint fabrication and wound care, who is committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

  • Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Occupational Therapist program
  • Current Florida license or the ability to begin the licensing process promptly
  • CPR certification
  • Outpatient orthopedic hand therapy experience, including custom splint fabrication, wound care, exercise, manual-based skills is required
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities to manage the clinic effectively
  • Self-motivated with a growth-oriented mindset
  • Passion about delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care
