The Role

As a Home Care Liaison, you’ll be the face of TheKey in your community, driving impact by forging powerful referral partnerships and championing our mission to transform aging at home. They are a master communicator and a comforting presence for families, expertly guiding prospective clients through the assessment process while seamlessly coordinating with internal teams to ensure top-tier service delivery. This tech-savvy professional is highly adaptable and always ready to pivot when needed. Home Care Liaison Requirements:
Build and maintain strong relationships with community referral sources, manage priority lists, track marketing activities, and represent the organization at networking groups and community events.
Respond to prospective client inquiries, conduct client assessments, address family concerns, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure care plans meet client needs and that relevant information is shared in a timely manner.
Provide active relationship management for existing cases through home visits and meetings, and assist the team in keeping client accounts up-to-date with the finance/billing department.
Deliver after-hours support—including evenings and weekends—via email, telephone, or home visits for referral partners, prospects, and active clients.
Maintain a working knowledge of regulatory compliance and licensing requirements, while monitoring the market to identify strategic growth opportunities and evaluate competitors.
Qualifications & Experience:
One plus years of sales experience preferably in health care or related field
Excellent customer service and sales skills
Computer proficiency and ability to document sales activity timely and accurately
Current driver’s license and proof of insurance
Physical Requirements:
Ability to travel approximately up to 75% of the time, lift and carry up to 10-15 pounds, sit, stand and walk for prolonged periods, and use standard office equipment such as personal computer, laptop, telephone, photocopy machine, etc.
Salary starting at $90,000 + uncapped commission
