Nurse Manager (Full-Time), (Santa Ana, CA)

Reporting to the Senior Program Director the Nurse Manager is responsible for leading members of the multidisciplinary team to meet the health needs of patients.  The position is responsible for leading the activities and daily operations of all health services activities of the assigned Phoenix House program.  It includes health assessment, communicable disease control, state-mandated screenings, first aid, and disaster preparedness, immunization follow-up, utilization of approved community resources, and health education of students (if applicable) and staff.
