Tele caller/Counsellor
Bachelor’s Degree of any statutory University or the qualification prescribed by the Board of Management. Candidates should have minimum 3-5/5-10 years of administrative experience in similar capacity. Training in Counseling is desirable. He/She should have good knowledge of computers (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint & ERP packages) and good communication skills. He/She should have a good personality and drive to educate the new entrants and its parents about the University and its courses. Should be able to handle correspondence via email, letters, etc individually. Experience in Counseling and coordination is desirable.
