Tasks & Responsibilities
- Formulates and implements strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Identifies, develops, and oversees the implementation of process improvements to enhance operational performance and reduce costs
- Leads and mentors cross-functional teams to achieve high performance, ensuring that staff are trained and motivated to meet operational objectives
- Manages and allocates resources effectively to optimize operational outputs
- Develops, monitors, and manages budgets related to operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets
- Establishes and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and report on operational efficiency, productivity, and other metrics critical to the business
- Identifies operational risks and implements mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and safeguard company assets
- Ensures all operations comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest quality standards
Qualifications
- Skills & Competencies: Care & Connect; Communication; Entrepreneurship; Innovation & Change; Personal Development; Responsibility & Reliability; Empowering Others (for managers); Business Acumen (for managers)
- Education: Apprenticeship or Associate's Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics Management required
- Languages: Proficient in National Language. Intermediate in English
- Work Experience: Leadership experience focused on optimising operational processes and managing operational teams
