Rotational Project Engineer

General Position Overview: The Rotational Project Engineer (RPE) position offers the opportunity to learn all facets of the construction management business through rotating hands-on experience in project and cost management, field supervision, estimating and safety over a two to four-year period. In this role RPEs will be exposed to all aspects of the construction process through rotating assignments in a series of progressively more responsible positions. Mentoring and practical experience combine to develop construction management skills in an area of specialization. Upon program completion, Rotational Project Engineers may become Assistant Superintendents, Assistant Project Managers, Estimators, etc.
