Human Resources Generalist

The HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting day‑to‑day HR operations within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This position partners closely with leadership, supervisors, and hourly team members to provide HR guidance, drive consistent application of policies, and ensure a positive, compliant, and productive workplace. Responsibilities include employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, benefits support, compliance, and support of HR programs aligned with plant goals. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, approachable, highly organized, and comfortable working on the production floor as needed.

This position will be working out of our Manufacturing facility in Livonia, MI.
