Manager/Associate Manager - Quantitative Analysis

The Manager is an individual who provides support to the internal clients. The job involves understanding, analyzing, synthesizing, and presenting information from various structured and unstructured data sets. Works directly with the Advisory and Benchmarking counterparts to provide support to various ongoing projects. The Manager works closely with the Director and provides quantitative and qualitative analysis on diversified projects regularly. Assist team members/clients in reviewing, refining and articulating enquiries/requests and projects; Assume responsibilities in building team competencies and related projects. The Manager works closely with management to set goals and develop the team; handles operational and mentoring activities; motivate and lead the team to achieve the stretch goals.
