Save the Children International (SCI), Sierra Leone country office has an exciting role as Director of Programme Operations to join the country team. The postholder will lead the team with purpose, drive results, and champion strategic programme innovation to shape the future of programme delivery in our Sierra Leone Country Office. As a key member of the Senior Management Team, the Director of Programme Operations will share responsibility for the overall direction, coordination, and implementation of all programmes in-country. The role provides leadership across sub‑office management, emergency preparedness and response (including DRR), and logistics for the Sierra Leone Country Office. This is a national position, offered on a one‑year contract with possibility of extension. This vacancy post will be open from for two week from 23rd April 2026 and will be a rolling recruitment.
