Job Description
The WASH Program Manager – will provide overall managerial & technical support to all projects related to WASH in South Area Office, The WASH Program Manager is responsible for planning and implementation of WASH project’s activities implemented out of the South Area Office and with support from Head of Area Program/ WASH TA, she/he will work closely with the programme implementation team to ensure high quality programme implementation across communities, institutions health care facilities and Schools. He/she represents SC’s country office to WASH partners at the South Area Office level as well as participating in Sub WASH Cluster and other national coordination as required. He/she will work closely with other sector’s staff and field teams to support SAO programmatic integration and as an advocate for WASH. As part of SC’s dual mandate, the WASH Program Manager will participate in emergency preparedness activities and be ready to respond in the event of an emergency, as required.
