Job Description

As a Senior Sales Manager, you’ll lead and develop a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth across Korea and Japan for our Engineered Materials unit. You will execute strategic sales plans, monitor market trends, and identify new business opportunities to expand UL’s presence. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships will be central to your role, ensuring satisfaction and resolving escalated issues promptly. You’ll analyze sales performance, prepare accurate forecasts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives and operational excellence. By fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, you’ll ensure compliance with company policies while achieving ambitious sales targets.
