Position Summary
You will support medical team to design and deliver digital solutions that improve customer experience and patient care. You will lead digital projects across channels, use data to guide decisions and help teams adopt new technologies. - Plan and run medical digital campaigns across websites, email, webinars and remote interactions.
- Design customer journeys and personalise experiences for healthcare professionals and patients.
- Monitor performance, analyse data and recommend optimisations such as A/B tests and automation.
- Create, localise and manage approval of medical content with cross-functional teams and agencies.
- Pilot new digital tools and technologies, including generative AI, to improve reach and productivity.
- Train and coach medical colleagues to increase digital capability and adoption.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- 2–4 years’ experience in digital marketing, digital roles or medical communications.
- Previous experience with digital channels: websites, email, webinars or virtual events.
- Practical experience in analytics using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or similar tools.
- Strong communication skills in Spanish and good level of English.
- Experience working across teams and managing agencies or external partners.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Experience with CRM or content platforms such as Veeva or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience in omnichannel planning and customer experience design.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical and promotional content.
- Experience with SEO, paid media basics or social listening tools.
- Experience piloting AI-enabled tools or automation in digital projects.
Working pattern
This role is based in Spain and operates on a hybrid working model. You will combine on-site collaboration and focused remote work.
