The Product Specialist – Glass will act as a link between customer, NPD and Operations, manage the technical lifecycle, market positioning, and installation support for application engineering of refractories used in glass melting furnaces, forehearths and other areas. The role requires deep product knowledge, customer interfacing skills, and cross-functional collaboration to drive product development, performance and commercial success.
