Preparation of Credit appraisal note to be presented to relevant approving authority and In-principle

notes/presentations for internal discussion.

· Liaison with business, legal and risk teams for execution of transactions, including transaction structuring /

term sheet preparation, credit checks on compliance with Pre-Disbursement Conditions, etc.

· Building knowledge base by engaging with internal as well as external parties

· Preparation of financial models and tracking of key operating parameters in the commodity manufacturing

sectors

· Tracking development in sectors under coverage
