- Knowledge of Asset backed lending, good market intelligence, good analytical skill and good communication skill Collaborative & Co-ordinations Skills
- Aggressively drive the sales numbers and achieve the business targets while continuing to enhance and upgrade the client relationships.
- Retain and expand the company's base of customers so as to ensure repeat business or referrals
- Maximize sales through a network and by effectively managing relationships to ensure strong business.
- Facilitate the development of a robust business plan so as to improve the disbursal patterns
- Identify and develop new relationships so as to penetrate new markets and thereby increase business
