Mix Trainee-FF

The Mix Trainee supports the Mix Department in the preparation and processing of product mixes used in production. This role is responsible for assisting with pasteurization systems, cleaning and sanitation processes, raw material receiving, equipment operation, and documentation to ensure product quality and food safety standards are maintained. The Mix Trainee will participate in required technical and safety training while developing the skills necessary to operate mix room systems independently.
