Job Description

Under the general direction of the Food Service Manager.
Assist the cook with preparing daily meals for inmates, ensures kitchen cleanliness. Maintains security, order and discipline among inmates assigned to the kitchen; ensuring the observance of rules and regulations.

This position would be 20 hours per week-2-3 days/wk -Every other weekend
