Job Description
As a Business Development professional within Health & Benefits, you will play a critical role in driving new business growth and expanding WTW’s market presence in Thailand. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities through consultative selling, strategic relationship building, and best-in-class RFP execution.
This role requires strong commercial acumen, deep understanding of Health & Benefits solutions, and the ability to lead complex sales processes - working closely with internal specialists, carriers, and regional partners. You will position WTW as a trusted advisor to prospective clients and support the firm’s long-term growth strategy through disciplined pipeline management and innovative go-to-market approaches.
