Job Description
- Responsible for Project engineering development budget, budget management, meet budget target of the project.
- Responsible for engineering development schedule and delivery management: control and monitor the development progress of the project, identify and manage project risks, ensure to meet or exceed the objectives of project schedule.
- Responsible for engineering development quality management, ensure DV pass finally, lead the crossover issue solving process, drive cross function team for issue solving and factory/production line issue support.
- Responsible for Project engineering change evaluation and implementation: organize and implement project engineering changes.
- Responsible for engineering team resource arrangement and coordination, including internal and external team coordination. Project technical contact window for customer, arrange customer focus issues to be solved on time.
