Job Summary
We are hiring motivated and dependable Production Associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Team members will be responsible for assembling, sorting, packaging, inspecting, and moving products throughout the production process while maintaining quality and safety standards. Positions may involve heavy lifting or light lifting depending on department assignment.
Responsibilities:
- Work on a production line assembling, sorting, packaging, or inspecting products
- Load materials onto production lines and remove finished products
- Maintain production speed and quality standards
- Perform heavy or light lifting based on assigned department
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Assist supervisors and team members as needed
- Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or product defects to management
- Support additional production and warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance required
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to follow instructions, safety guidelines, and production procedures
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed
Schedule:
- Full-time positions available
- 1st & 2nd Shift
- Overtime opportunities based on production needs
