Job Summary:
We are looking for a recruiter to support and drive key recruiting programs and initiatives. This role will focus on improving recruiting processes, managing special hiring programs, and partnering with stakeholders to enhance hiring effectiveness.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
- Support and manage recruiting programs (e.g., university hiring, diversity initiatives, early career programs)
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align program goals and execution
- Track program progress, metrics, and outcomes; provide regular updates
- Help improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows for better efficiency
- Implement recruitment strategies to fill positions (i.e., employee referrals, internet postings, networking, job fairs)
- Support all activities in the recruitment life cycle including candidate management, sourcing, and planning through the use of social media and other sources, screening, interviewing, pre-selecting, and offer management.
- Build candidate pipelines, coordinate and schedule phone screen and on-site interviews, facilitate the overall interview process and provide world-class interview experience
- Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels using a combination of talent branding, external search, direct sourcing, online postings, referrals, social media, and other relevant methods to provide high quality candidates for open positions.
- Coach managers/interview teams to incorporate capability and competency-based assessments during their interview to test and screen candidates.
- Coordinate events, campaigns, and hiring initiatives end-to-end
- Collaborate cross-functionally (HR, business teams, operations)
- Ensure consistent communication and timely execution of program deliverables
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of recruiting, HR, or program coordination experience
- Experience supporting recruiting programs (campus, or high-volume hiring)
- Familiarity with ATS tools and reporting
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated team player with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Data-driven mindset with attention to detail
Salary Range
$50.00/hr - $65.00/hr
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
