Our team specializes in recruiting optometrists for Walmart and Sam’s Club, acting as strategic partners and subject matter experts.- We develop targeted campus and recruitment strategies, leveraging data-driven insights and a financial matrix to prioritize efforts.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
