About the Role

The Key Account Sales Specialist serves as a key driver of sales and business development for ASSA ABLOY within the Retail segment. This role focuses on building demand for the YALE brand and driving sell-out performance, with sales ultimately fulfilled through distributors. You will play a critical role in strengthening retail presence, improving execution, and ensuring consistent growth across both online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize daily store operations to ensure efficiency, smooth execution, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure high standards of store compliance, cleanliness, and customer experience while effectively resolving customer concerns
  • Plan and execute impactful sales campaigns (e.g., flash sales, bundles, promotions) to drive revenue
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across offline channel (Yale Smart Store)
  • Support distributors in driving direct sales to Modern Trade customers
  • Strengthen sales presence, visibility, and brand positioning for YALE products through effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Retail Sales Head to design and implement strategic sales plans
  • Monitor and follow up on demand forecasts and order planning to ensure alignment with sales targets
  • Track and evaluate in-store promotion effectiveness, recommending improvements for better ROI
  • Ensure optimal product distribution, display, and merchandising standards across retail outlets

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and retail management with a strong track record of delivering results
  • Solid expertise in sales, customer service, and retail operations
  • Strong understanding of sales-driven environments and performance metric
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, coach, and drive team performance
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
