Dispatcher

Dispatchers are responsible for overseeing all aspects of fleet operations, including the maintenance, compliance, and overall performance of our fleet of trucks. This role ensures the fleet is properly serviced, meets all regulatory requirements, and operates efficiently to maximize productivity while reducing costs. The position also involves building and maintaining strong working relationships with drivers and warehouse staff to enhance employee satisfaction and support long-term retention. Additionally, this individual works closely with drivers to coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely, accurate arrivals. Success in this role requires exceptional communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
