In this role, you will design high-impact, end-to-end learning experiences that directly support business performance and workforce capability building. You will operate at the intersection of instructional design, learning strategy, and client consulting, translating complex business needs into engaging, outcome-driven learning solutions. The position involves hands-on ownership of learning architecture, content strategy, and solution design across multiple modalities such as eLearning, microlearning, simulations, and blended programs. You will collaborate closely with global stakeholders, subject matter experts, and internal teams to ensure learning interventions are aligned with measurable business goals. This is both a strategic and execution-focused role where you will also mentor a small team of instructional designers. You will work in a fast-paced, global environment aligned to US business hours, with strong exposure to modern learning technologies and AI-enabled design practices.
