Final Mile Strategic Partnerships Director

As the Final Mile Strategic Partnerships Director, you will serve as CRST’s executive relationship owner for national retail partners across furniture, appliances, and big-and-bulky home delivery. You will shape how retailers think about final mile delivery strategy, partner closely with CRST operations to design executable solutions, and retain long-term ownership of senior customer relationships. This role is not about cold outreach or transactional selling. It is about credibility, trust, and the ability to sit across the table from retail leaders as a peer.
