Our Guest Services Attendants greet customers, answer questions, sell tickets, and process various payment types. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and a willingness to help guests. They must also have excellent customer service and communication skills. Knowledge of computers, ticketing systems, and cash-handling procedures is also desired. The ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment is essential.
