Summer Program Lead Staff - $700/per week

YMCA Camp Loma Mar is a traditional overnight summer camp in the redwoods, serving youth ages 7–17. Through village life and outdoor adventure, campers grow in confidence and leadership — and our Summer Program Leads help make that possible. The Summer Program Lead plays a key role in daily operations. Working directly with campers and staff, Program Leads support cabin groups, specialty activities, and camp-wide programs to ensure a safe, engaging experience. Program Leads are culture carriers. They model YMCA core values — honesty, respect, responsibility, and caring — while mentoring counselors, strengthening teamwork, and stepping in as needed.
