Your job – Your passion
- In the area of customer support you are responsible for the management of maintenance, the creation and maintenance of Jira tickets as well as for the training of users
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for quality assurance including the complete recording of errors and test documentation using tools such as Postman, Fitnesse, Zephyr or similar
- You support your developer colleagues by, among other things, managing the dailies, clarifying functional questions, organizing and prioritizing pending tickets and removing obstacles
- Internal communication between the departments involved as well as SLA management are also part of your tasks
- In addition, you advise our customers on value propositions and goals
Your profile – Your strengths
- You have completed your studies or similar qualification, e.g., in the fields of economics, engineering, MINT
- In addition, you have (initial) work experience in the financial sector, consulting or in the IT environment
- You have strong communication skills in English, work independently and are an absolute team player
